CNews reported  yesterday that in the Canadian province of Ontario, Rene and Anna Chouinard have been granted a hearing before the Human Rights Tribunal of Ontario on their complaint that they were not given equal treatment, as guaranteed by the Ontario Human Rights Code, when they were refused permission to have an atheist publication distributed to 5th grade students.
